Ordering Personalised Photo Gifts online with MAKEITMINE couldn't be simpler or safer, the steps below explain how the order process works and the relevant information you will need. As you will see below. we accept most major credit cards via PayPal (see Security/Privacy below for further information).

Delivery address.

We do not deliver to PO. Box numbers. Some customers find it useful for gifts to be delivered to a place of work if full and correct address is known.

Delivery will usually occur between 8.00am and 6.00pm. Monday to Saturday. If it is not possible to accept delivery at the address given your delivery will be taken to your local sorting office to await your collection. Your local sorting office will hold deliveries for 4-5 working days, after this period they will return any uncollected deliveries to MAKEITMINE. Should an item be returned because of a failed collection we can not be held responsible.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. If you are not sure of the address you should check it. In the event that you select a business address, MAKEITMINE shall be deemed to have successfully delivered the product to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area at the business address.

Returned Goods

If your delivery arrives damaged, you must advise us within 3 days. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Because of the personalised nature of the goods , no refunds will be offered including where wrong quantities have been ordered, except where damage has occurred during delivery or when an item is faulty. In such circumstances, a replacement will be offered free of charge.

COPYRIGHT

Customers must appreciate that we cannot reproduce on to gifts, print or restore/apply effects to pictures or images, whether supplied electronically or by post, images that are protected by copyright laws. Usually, professionally taken photographs are under the photographer's copyright and can only be reproduced with their permission for which they often require a fee. Illegal reproduction may result in legal action by the photographer. By submitting photographs to us for restoration or reproduction as photo gifts you affirm that no copyright is infringed. We will not be liable to you or any third party for such copyright infringement, even if that loss or damage was foreseeable by, or the possibility of it was brought to the attention of MAKEITMINE.

You will be liable for any copyright claims that arise.

Intellectual Property:

The term "Content" includes, but is not limited to, all text, graphics and images which appear on the Site, the design, and appearance of the Site.
Each item of Content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights which are either owned by MAKEITMINE or licensed to it by a third party.

The Site may contain proprietary notices (such as moral rights and trade mark notices) and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed.

Use of Content:

Material may not be copied, reproduced, republished, downloaded, posted, broadcast or transmitted in any way except for your own personal non-commercial home use. Any other use requires the prior written permission of MAKEITMINE. Orders:

Please allow 14 days for delivery from receipt of your order confirmation and balance of payment. Where an order delivery will extend beyond the 14 day period, the customer will be advised by email. Because products are sourced from all over the world, such delays are beyond our foreseeable control but we will always endeavour to meet delivery times and keep you informed by email of progress.

MAKEITMINE - How to Order:

We've tried to make ordering from MAKEITMINE as easy and straightforward as possible but if you require any assistance with making your purchases, please do not hesitate to contact us.

To make your purchase online, follow these simple steps:

1) Select a product from the Shop.
2) Make your selection from the options available on the item detail page, including personalisation options. Please note some products may be available in more than one size/colour.
3) In the case of personalised products you will need to upload your choice of digital image(s) to be printed. 4) Enter the quantity you require and click on Add to Basket. 5) Return to the Shop to continue to add other products as above to your Basket.
6) Once you have finished adding items to your basket click on Proceed to Checkout.
7) Complete the Checkout details. Check gifts selected, quantity and image details before submitting. Due to the personal nature of the items, we cannot offer refunds on any returns for any reason including wrong quantities selected (except where an item is damaged in transit or faulty).

Your original files remain intact and undamaged due to the digital techniques involved in reproducing your photos onto our range of products.

Remember: We cannot work from low resolution images such as mobile phone photos. Larger file sizes give best results. If you are unsure about what images will work best for the gifts you would like to purchase, please contact us prior to ordering for free advice.
